MY STORY
Up until 10 years ago, I was living by the "rulebook"
I was a successful producer, traveling the world, working 80 hours a week, producing multi-million dollar ads. I was married to my partner of 13 years, living in a beautiful dream home fit for a magazine cover. I had been dutifully checking off all the boxes on the Universal-To-Do-List-of-Adult-Life. From the outside, it looked like a picture-perfect life. But on the inside, my soul was screaming for help.
The things that I worked so hard for, that I thought I had always wanted, suddenly no longer fit. I felt constantly irritated, disconnected, and resentful of everything around me. My body started breaking down, sending signal after signal that something was off.
I knew I couldn’t keep going like this. But I had no idea what the path forward looked like.
INTRODUCING THE RECORDS
I was introduced to an intuitive guide who opened the door to the Akashic Records. In these sessions, something in me lit up.
For the first time, I reconnected with myself on a soul level. I accessed my truth. I remembered the parts of me that had been buried under years of pressure, performance, and perfectionism.
I felt alive again.
I had never felt so seen, heard, and empowered in my life.
This was after years of therapy, plant medicine, self-development books, and all the “right” tools for healing.
The Records were different. They spoke to my soul. And they brought it online.
The Akashic Records gave me permission to be myself, without explanation or apology.
As my connection to the Records deepened, I saw my life with fresh eyes.
It was time to let go of what no longer fit: the career, the marriage, the version of me I had outgrown.
That moment marked the beginning of everything that would come next.
Everything changed when…
THE BegINNING OF LIGHTLY GUIDED
During one of our sessions, the intuitive guide told me she was hearing it was time for me to learn how to read the Akashic Records myself. I looked at her dumbfounded, but something in me urged me to say yes.
I felt absolutely euphoric when I spent time in the Akashic Records. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that was my soul’s way of telling me “You are home.”
At first, I began offering readings to friends for fun.
And then they sent their friends to me.
And those friends sent more to me.
Before I knew it, my schedule was full and this work was moving through me in ways I couldn’t ignore. Session after session, I witnessed the power of what happens when a woman reconnects with her gifts, her mission, and the truth of who she really is.
That’s how Lightly Guided was born.
By listening. Trusting. Honoring my gifts — and saying yes to something bigger moving through me.
Now, Lightly Guided is a space for women who are ready to do the same:
